Future Activities

- Expanding into Mixed Used Property Developments such as Retail and Office Towers, as well as geographical expansion throughout Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the MENA Region.

- Facility Management: In line with our effort to provide our tenants with security and superior services, a full-fledged Facilities Management Division shall be set up to cover a wide range of FM operations. This Division shall ensure our customers enjoy the highest quality of living and comfort by providing efficient maintenance, and a variety of other services focusing on environmental, health and safety concerns. We have already contracted specialist consultants to ensure that our building designs facilitate future operational management, and are constructed to meet the required quality and performance.
